Bilingual Spanish Peer Mentor Job Posting

Do you want to work for an organization that makes a difference without asking you to sacrifice everything for the mission? Are you seeking an organization that values the input of its employees, and makes sure its work is driven by the communities it represents?

The Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Association of New York State (CDPAANYS) is a mission-driven organization that provides older and disabled New Yorkers with the tools and resources they need to have control over their lives through a strong and vibrant consumer directed personal assistance program. We foster a team environment that understands passion and innovation are fueled by a diversity of skills and experience. We recognize the importance of a diversity of lived experiences, particularly as they relate to using CDPA either as a consumer, a designated representative, a worker, or a family member. Further, we recognize that people are strongest when they have the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally, and understand that sometimes life is messy. Therefore, we maintain a strong commitment to professional development while striving to ensure a healthy work-life balance, where family, mental health, and recharging your internal batteries are valued. All employees have access to a generous benefit package including 11 paid holidays; vacation and sick time; FSA and IRA with employer matching; and more.
