SAVE THE DATE FOR LOBBY DAY! February 11, 2019

This year, we expect to see attacks against CDPA coming from managed care plans and nursing homes who want to eliminate provider choice, ban family members from working as personal assistants, and force high-needs consumers into institutions by making them ineligible to use CDPA.

Join us starting at 10:00 AM in the Well of the Legislative Office Building (LOB).

From 11:00 to noon there will be a rally in the Well with speakers, information, and hundreds of other advocates. During the afternoon, attendees will break up into groups to attend meetings with their Assembly and Senate representatives.

More details on Lobby Day, and what you can do to protect CDPA, are coming soon. Lobby Day is once again being held jointly with the New York State Association on Independent Living (NYAIL).
