CDPAANYS is excited to be finalizing a new resource, FindMyCDPA, to showcase our provider member fiscal intermediaries and make it easier for consumers seeking FI services to find you. This new site will offer the ability to search by payor, including all MLTC, MAP, PACE, FIDA and MMC plans in addition to county social services districts.
Please complete this form with your current information by close of business on Wednesday, August 30. As you complete this, make sure to include the contact information you want consumers to see. For example, if your agency has a special phone number or website for intake and new referrals, that should be the information you include here.
