*NOTICE: Due to a conflict with a holiday, the Annual Meeting has been
rescheduled from Tuesday, May 18 to Thursday, May 27 at 12:00 PM. Board
Elections have therefore been extended until May 27. Ballots can be
received up until 24 hours prior to the Annual Meeting. If you have not
voted in the elections yet, please consider voting electronically or
sending in a paper ballot.*


*Per the CDPAANYS Bylaws:  *


*Notices will be emailed to each Director, at least seven calendar
days prior to the meeting.The Notice of Meeting shall include the
following information: the place, date, time and the matters proposed
to be acted upon at the meeting.*

*Upon receipt of notification, regardless of delivery system used, it will
be the responsibility of each board member or properly identified designee
to personally acknowledge receipt of such meeting notification by a return
message, fax, e-mail or phone call to the Secretary and/or Executive
Director of the corporation.*

*This is the Annual Meeting.* In addition to board elections, CDPAANYS
members will discuss ideas to help shape the direction and future of the
organization.

As always, CDPAANYS Board meetings, including all discussion, are open to
all members, although only Board Members in good standing will be able to
vote. All members in good standing may vote in the election
of Board Members, with one vote per organization. To be a Board Member or
Member in good standing, you must not be over 60 days past due on your
membership dues.

A complete meeting agenda and materials will be sent by email to Board
Members and those who have registered to attend the Annual Meeting.
