Annual Conference 2018

The 2018 Annual Conference will be October 16-17, 2018 at the Hilton Garden Inn Troy.

Provider and Affiliate Members save $50 on conference registration using the member discount code. Discounted rates are also available for consumers.

Scholarships are available for CDPA consumers who use a CDPAANYS member fiscal intermediary or are an Individual Member of CDPAANYS.

KEYNOTE ADDRESSES

CDPAANYS is excited to welcome Larry Prince of Prince Leadership, LLC to the conference as this year’s Opening Plenary Speaker. Mr. Prince will be leading an interactive talk on Leadership in a Changing Healthcare Environment, a topic that is relevant to providers, consumers, and anyone who advocates for disability rights and systems change. This workshop will develop attendees’ leadership skills and the command necessary to anticipate, plan and lead through change. Mr. Prince is a veteran speaker at several national and state level conferences, including the National Association for Home Care & Hospice, the New Jersey Home Care and Hospice Association and the New England Home Care and Hospice Association.

CDPAANYS’ Annual Conference is highly regarded for its focus on education and content. On the evening of October 16, join us as we honor Assemblyman James Skoufis with the Constance Laymon Excellence in Leadership Award, and Valerie Bogart of the Evelyn Frank Legal Resources Center with the Sally Johnston Award for Advocacy.
