I have been with ILI/ IHC for 14 years. In 2015 I began overseeing the CDPAP program in addition to my role with Compliance and Quality Assurance. In 2017 I became ILI’s Chief Operating Officer. In this role, I continue my oversight of the CDPAP program along with the agency’s 30+ other programs/ services in a 7 county region. I believe strongly in the CDPAP model and empowering individuals to be in control of their care as well as to be as independent as possible. for this opportunity to submit this letter of intent.
