I have been disabled my entire life and have used CDPA for more than 10 years. As such, I recognize the importance of advocacy and education in helping to inform politicians and legislators about the value of CDPA. In my position as a CDPAANYS Board member, I have been able to take part in statewide discussions which shape policy and practice. My professional experience as an employee at a CDPA FI gives me a well-rounded view of issues important to self-determination for all. I want to remain on the Board to continue to advocate to #SaveCDPA and increase home care options for seniors and people with disabilities.
