The vast majority of our consumers, and most aides have transitioned, but as Doug said, it’s hard to tell who is complete or not,  at any given time due to PPLs system.

Difficult to know who will be paying attendants. we will have to determine which of our folks have “completed” enrollment, which is still left up to interpretation. Even those we believe are fully ‘enrolled’, may not be due to ongoing glitches in the PPL software.

I agree. If Consumers and their PAs have fully completed registration, they’ll be served by PPL unless the Department permits something else. The order seems to place that in the Department’s discretion.

Listening to the Judge read the TRO it sounds like both PPL and existing FIs will be allowed to continue to operate until at least Friday, when a hearing will be conducted on a preliminary injunction.

As soon as we have the actual TRO we will forward it.
